I am sure this won't work, but my customer is in a bunch about his one.

Customer took over a MICS 5.0 with a PRI. All sets have DIDs and each have an OLI. All works good. Problem is customer forwards sets to cell phones. They want the caller id to pass thru to their cell. Or at least the OLI from the set. Right now they are getting the main number default ( as usual )

I've told them they are out of luck. But if anyone here knows a work around for this let me know.

You also need to do an upgrade to at least 6.1 there my friend. See the multitude of related posts regarding known issues with PRI and older software for details.

Does the call come into the phone via DID number or is it going through AA to the extension?
