The glibc man pages. They're already installed if you (or more likely your distribution) installed glibc properly.
Same for the gcc man pages.
If that's not enough,
I assume since you're on Linux that you're using glibc and not something old like libc#. If you are, some GNU stuff from that link won't apply to you.
