Need Avaya CM "craft" Password Reset

Before I buy a used Avaya media gateway and ICC from eBay, I need to know if there's anyone here that can offer the service of getting me logged into the CM so that I can create a new administrative user, just in case the dadmin user account is inaccessible when I get it.
