Hello,
Which system do you have - ipLDK ?
If you have an ipLDK - To change the Intercom Answer Mode from Tone to Hands Free
Dial Trans/PGM 1 2 then
Dial 1 for Hands Free (1=HF, 2=Tone, 3=PV)
Hold/Save
Note should now see an (H) in the display meaning Hands Free, default is (T) which is Tone.
