Need Assistance with an Image Mapping Project, using XP and other prog

I am trying to create a comprehensive training package for the system information tool in not just XP but winME as well, particualarily the Net Diagnostic Tool. I need this for new hires at my company to cut down on navigation time on troubleshooting calls

What I have is two programs, one is Cute Map and the other is Paint Shop Pro, and what I want to do is to create a screenshot document that will allow the user to click on the appropriate link in the O.S to take them to the next window as it would in the real thing or on an emulator.

Unfortunately my experience in this area is virtually nil and I need some help. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!
