need alternative to email attachment for sending a pps file 1

The government recipient to whom I want to send this pps show is behind an email barrier that prevents them from receiving email with attachments. Apparently this is in order for them to preserve bandwidth.

So, how can I send this pps show file in the body of the email message rather than as an attachment ?

I have tried to drag and drop - doesnt work.
I have tried copy/paste - doesnt work.

I'm stumped.

Can you post it to a (free) web site, then send them the link to the file - that will be just text - no attachments needed

Regrettably I don't know much about posting to free websites and unfortunately I don't think the president will want to waste his time surfing the web to find my little pps for him !

you link directly to the file e.g.

http://www.webadress.com/`username/presentation.pps

doesn't browse web to find it, just click and download

Lots of ways to tranfer files on the internet, FTP is very good, but if they are so concerned with bandwidth that they can't recieve an e-mail attachment, then any other way probably is not acceptable either. I would suggest you burn it to a disk and Snail Mail it to him.
