Need advice on Excel Macro 2

What is the best practice for distributing a macro? How do I install it on another pc? Do I just recreate the macro on their pc, do I create an add-on or do I create an item on their menu? Any advice as to the proper way of handling this would be grateful.

Here's a way to easily create and maintain an addin that will show up on user's Excel sessions as a custom menu item. I use this method to share a few dozen macros with multiple people.
