Need admin password ...

We have a used Norstar Star Talk v. 2.0 2 port voice mail system to be installed with a compact 616 ksu.

We have been unable to enter admin in order to re-initialize the system for programming.

Can any provide some help on this?

Feature 985, then enter 9resetsmpswd. That will default it back to 120000, 1020000....
