Need a zipcode/timezone relation mdb file 1

Does anybody know where I could get the best one ? I dont mind buying one if its good.

Basically I need a database to relate zipcodes to timezones(AMERICA)(9digit and the 5 digit) and better if CANADA is also included

I use this. It is pretty cheap, and works well for me. I think there is also a canadian one to buy on this site.
