IS-IT--Management
I'm used to having the Intel proset wireless app and the icon it keeps down by the clock for managing wireless networks. I can't for the life of me get the windows 7 64bit download from intel for my particular wireless nic to display me a connection manager. The best I can get is a few icons in my start menu for advanced wireless, event viewer, and some other worthless shortcut. Anyone else get this working on theirs?
If not....What about setting up a shortcut to the "Wireless Connection Manager" which is accessed through network properties - in only displays until you click something else and it's gone. I'd use this thing if I could figure out a shortcut so I don't have to open 10 things to get to it.
I'd use anything that makes it easy to manage wireless networks in Windows 7, cause right now it's a serious pain. (my only complaint of windows 7 so far).
Thanks for any advice..
