Need a test server so I used PWS. HELP PLease

I used Personal Web Server from Microsoft running on a W98SE laptop.
I can't seem to get my session variables to stay from 1 page to the other. I set them on 1 page and check them on another, and the're blank.

Any help out there, please?

Is there another piece of software I can use to test ASP code with?
