Need a new ACD Provisioned for ESS?

Hello -

we are adding a new site to our 87XX. It will be a remote ESS - Do I need to add an ACD to our CMS? or can I just add the translations and use the one provisioned ACD for both locations?

The remote location is part of the ACD at the main site. You have (1) ACD. Be aware that if you do go into ESS mode you will not collect statistics from the remote site.
