Need a good 3rd-party app to manage IIS permissions

Little background, we have a 600 user LAN and a dedicated Windows 2000 web server running IIS with FrontPage to take care of the web permissions.

Does anyone have a 3rd-party application they like better to manage web permissions on a 2000 server?
