OK, ESL people like me often confuse by necessary and necesserily words.
I feel that it should be use like this: "It is not necesary to curse while driving. But if person does curse it is not necessarily because he has other issues."

I think I've used it correctly but I can not explain why.
Please, advice

You have used it correctly.

Necessary is either a noun or an adjective. Necessarily is an adverb.

Good Luck

Wedding is tentatively set for March 5.

Set tentatively ? I had to look up "tentatively" so i thought it has a lots of different meanings...No! Just one!

To me Wedding is tentatively set means "I don't know when the wedding is going to happen"? Or "we'll be married some day...":-D Kidding but hope to be invited.
