NEC UX 5000: No caller ID when caller uses dial by name directory

I have a client with an NEC UX 5000 using InMail. Caller ID is shows in all cases, except when a caller uses the dial by name directory. Would anyone have information on how to get CallerID to pass through in this scenario? Thank you.
 
Try checking 14-01-22 Caller ID to Voicemail
