I periodically need to return a call to an extension that has been set to DND. How do I disable DND on an extension from the PcPro software?

If a user does not need the function then you can put them in their own class of service that does not allow the use of DND.

Thanks for the reply, but it doesn't really answer the question in this case. Essentially, I had someone call me and I told them I would call them right back. When I called them back, their phone was on DND. I assumed there was a way in PcPro to turn off DND remotely.

Ah I did not read that question that way.
No PC Pro cannot turn DND on or off. Short of deleting the extension and putting it back.
