Assuming everything is together correctly, you need to do a first1000019790.jpg

Ah those type a handsets. So by default the ports are already programmed. In theory you just need to connect to the pbx with pcpro and configure to your requirements. You haven't really stated what sort of problem your facing.

So what is the actual model of the phone (it definitely looks like a 2100 phone)

I should have added in the earlier post to get that display, the KSU or phone could be defective, or somehow the phone was terminated to an analog station port.
Model number of the 12-button phone IP7WW-12TXH-B1, part number BE117452

Stupid point here but I am assuming you have other stations working on the system so what happens if you swap this handset for a working one or is it an IP handset?

Sorry but the part number doesn't seem to match the phone see here...

Strange, the SL2100 hardware manual shows the BE117452 as 24 Keys,Digital (2W) Multiline Terminal (Black) with color packing sleeve
