I'm trying to program a 6th CO line on an IPK. According to system programming, line key 6 is programmed for CO Line 6, however when I do a status on the sets buttons the 6th line key displays "unused".

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated

Verify the telephone port. Press FNC (Feature) then 4 on the dial pad. Read the display for the port number vs extension number. The key data is programmed to the telephone port number in CMD 4-12. Also, in CMD 4-12 for LK 6 make sure is says CO 06 and line ket 2 is lit. You may have assigned it as a CAP key c006 and not CO 06.
