How do i change the auto attendant message on the phone system? The person who set this up no longer works at this company. Also is there a way to foward an extension to a cell phone?

To Forward do this exactly
from the phone you want to forward
press speaker
dial 47
you will hear stutter tone
dial 9 and phone number
press speaker

Greeting
you need to find out who the system manager is
if it is you
Log into your mailbox
if you use softkeys for mesage retrival press the more softkey
then press the mgr softkey then press the greet softkey
If not using softkeys when in your mailbox press 0 for system manager options and listen to the options

That's if your mbox is set up as a system manager. But, most likely, your former employees' mailbox has this.
