You need a copy of the registration tool and access to the NEC server to get a new IVR registration code. You probably need to contact a dealer to accomplish this.
USed to be a windows98 thing , had to run matworx on windows 98 and load from floppy disk.

I don't think they are and you would need a built in floppy as they won't work with a USB floppy IIRC
