NEC 2000 IPS - Caller ID Info - Scroll back and forth like at home

Managers would like to see calls that came into their phones by scrolling and seeing the caller id info. Is there any way to do this?

Caller ID is not stored by the switch; only displayed.

With the IPS you can have a feature called CID call back. Not the best feature but really handy.

Caller ID call back. 2000 IVS2 2300 series and all 2000 IPS.
