NEAX2000 Night Mode 1

I have a NEAX 2000 IVS /AD-40 and I want to know if it is possible when night mode is on and someone calls in and uses the directory for the call to ring the extension before it gets sent to voicemail.

Are all your subscriber boxes in the VoiceMail set to transfer to the station? Are they also set to release?

It looks like they are not set to transfer and most are set to release.

Change transfer to yes. This will send the caller to the ext. all the time. If a day transfer is different from a night transfer, you need a transaction box to do this. Keep in mind, the PBX night mode has nothing to do with the voice mail being in night mode.
