Hi guys,

First post so please be gentle.

I support party 2 as helpdesk they dial into us for their email. Running Windows NT4, Exchange 5.5. I can send and receive email to party 2 and party 1. Party 1 cannot send to party 2 and receive the following NDR.
"The destination system is currently not accepting any messages. Please retry at a later time. If that fails, contact your system administrator."
Can anyone shed any light on this for me.
Cheers
Prebulator.

Is party 1 selecting party 2 from the global address list, personal address book or from contacts? It selecting from PAB they could be selecting an invalid address if there has been a change to the accout. They may try selecting from GAB instead.

If it is from contacts the same would apply if it is an internal contact. If an external contact client should check the e-mail address attached to the contact.

Honestly would need a little more information on party1 and party2 such as they both use the same exchange server or are they external contacts. joegz
