All NDR messages our server receives are forwarded to a designated email account. My MD then accesses this mailbox through Outlook 2003 Standard (as supplied with SBS 2003). All NDR messages appear with an attachment paperclip however there is no option to view them. If he logs in via OWA he can then view the attachment (which is the original email sent). What setting (probably in Outlook) do I need to change to access these emails. Thanks.
