NDMP Errors

Hi,

We're having problems with NDMP Backups.

Can anyone help?

This is not that easy. In general, when dealing with NDMP, the NDMP server (usually the filer) controls the device.

The roor means that the drive cannot write a File Mark any more, which is a hard coded operation within the tape drive, just triggered by a SCSI command. If this is true, then the drive has a problem.
