These types of servers are generally sold through a secondary market. I have heard of a firm called ANT that does this sort of business. They can be found at I don't know anything about their reputation but it might be someplace to check out.
Just to give you an idea of the range of value this place is selling a dual node 4700M (each node 8 way Pentium Pro 200 MHz w/ 512MB of RAM) for $9,900.
