NBX V3000 Lost Administrator Password How to reset from Console?

Can anyone help me figure out how to reset the Administrator Password on an NBX V3000 from the Console. I can get to the Console using Hyperterm 9600/8/N/1 and see the startup process but I am unable to stop it or cancel the boot. I looked for the Hardware reset buttons but there are none. I Opened the case to the device and there is a small round button inside on the daughter board that is bridged to the mainboard but when I power off and push that button (either before or after I power off), it still boots to the current OS. Please let me know if there is a way to Hard reset the system. Thanks.
