Ok I'm new to Dreamweaver, so this may seem a silly question to some of you guys.

I have created a site using frames and a navigation bar. I use a down image so that the user can see which page he is on.

The problem I have is that I have some text on one page which is hyperlinked to a different page...the problem I have is that when you click on it, the navigation bar shows the down image for the page I was just viewing, rather than the one I have just moved to.

Also is there any way to get round a similar problem where someone has clicked on the "back" button of Explorer????

When you load the new page with your text link, use the body tag of the new page, action ' on load' and swap the navigation bar images appropriately.
