Navigating while userform is displayed

Is it possible to allow the user to navigate through worksheets while a userform is displayed? I need to allow the user to look through the worksheets in order to select the proper data on the userform.

You need to set the userform shomodal property to modeless

Have a look at the Application.InputBox method (Type:=8)
You may also consider to make your UserForm non modal.
