Navigating Between Form Pages in Paradox

I have created a paradox form that has 5 pages. I would like to insert buttons on each page so that I can easily go to the correct page on demand.

Can anyone help me?

Hate to appear as the beginner I am, but if you set your design preferences to idiot (beginner, whatever it is)you can just insert a button from the task bar and determine its function. (I am sorry to say that some of us will never achieve Tony's or MDS' level of db sophistication, and we are truly grateful for them.)
