I've had this problem with both NAV 2004 and 2005. I start the full system scan and it goes through the whole c drive and where it should and end present the scan summary it just starts over again.
Our other computer runs it fine, the only difference between the two is that the other one is and intel chip and the one that's not working is an AMD. Both computers are running Win XP. According to the Symantec site, both chipsets are supported.
Everything else within NAV works fine, and if you just select a certain folder to scan, that works too.
