Hi,
I have been pulling my hair out trying to figure out how to NAT an external IP to and internal IP on my network. I have a Netopia T1 router with a Netscreen firewall behind it. I can't seem to get the external IP mapped correctly and I feel as if I've tried everything that there is to try. How can I get the external IP to NAT correctly with the internal IP so that I can allow traffic flow through port 80? There is no DMZ on the firewall, just Trust and Untrust. Thanks for your help.

I'm not familiar with the equipment that you have, but usually you configure NAT settings on the firewall. You should look there first.

I dont believe the Netscreen has NAT capability. I beleive from looking on the internet, that it just has port forwarding. That may be what your looking for.

Set up a rule to forward all traffic from port 80 on your public IP address to port 80 on your private ip address (192.168.1.x, etc..)
