Nating and round robin load balancing help !!!

Hello there,
i have been given the following scenario and woundered if anyone could help.

ADSL BOX 1 ADSL BOX 2
220.3.3.0 /27 100.3.4.5 /27

switch
|
|primary and secondary interface
cisco 1700
| ( 10.40.30.0 /30)
|
ciscopix 506
|
Lan Connection (10.20.3.0 /24)

Above is the diagram of the required setup, can anyone help me with the configure for the 1700 to enable nating and load balancing on a round robin basis?
