We currently have 2 sides
Side 1 = Opt 11 (LDN 2000)
Side 2 = Opt 61c (LDN 7000).
NAS Feature on both systems.

For side 2 to call side 1 we have set up a acdn 6000 that ncfw to LDN 2000.

Problem: Side 2
When a call is made to 6000 from the console and side 1 console is in busy mode, callers gets routed to our voicemail system.
If we make a call to 6000 from a phone on the floor (side 2), the call gets routed back to reception(side2) not the voicemail system.

Any ideas here?

How is 2000 set up on the 11? If LDN what is the nite data? Have you tried setting 6000 up as a DSC?

2000 is a LDN. How do I print the LDN nite data. Yes we have 6000 up as a DSC.

LD 21
Req: PRT
Type: LDN
Cust: 0

be careful when setting this up you do not create a loop back and forth across T1s

If Console1 is calling the console2 which if in nite goes back to console1, what do you expect to happen?

Check also your RDR setting also in 21 - MDID, NDID,MWFB if these are set to yes calls could revert to your message center (voice Mail)

Check PNI on both sides in CDB and RDB. To print this information go to ld 21. PRT at req and RDB or CDB at type cust is 0. If you print the entire cdb NIT data and ldn data are there. Is TRO set to YES on the RDB? this is trunk optimization, should help stop the endless loop. If 6000 is a dsc how can it be an ACD que?

thanks for all you help. Let me check that.

another thing to check, the reason your getting vm, rdr data. also mark the pri's internal, makes them act more like one switch, if pni numbers match.
