Nanya RAM Warrenty? 1

I've got a stick of ddr ram made by nanya which is defective, and I think they have a lifetime warrenty on them, but I cannot find any company website anywhere. Anyone know anything?

Oh, I have been to that site a while ago now that you mention it; didn't have anything useful; the customer service side wants an id & password to access anything, and the contact phone number is international...

Take it back to where you bought it is the best answer. Even with the lifetime warranty you most likely need proof of purchase...
