Names not appearing or out of order in the index 1

Just upgraded a few sites to 2.1(44) and are having a few problems with the internal index feature.

Names are not in the list or sometimes out of order.

I have two separate customers with multi-sites both using SCN and 2.1(44) with similar problems with the index.

The index in phone manager is perfect

The phones being used are 2050's

Anyone got any ideas ? or seen this aswell ?

This can be confirmed as a bug, It has been seen on a number of sites.
