The issue is not explicitly related with a link to a DAKS or OsCAR. The situation is as follow:
1. The LDPLN rule contains only the TIE code (without any -X or -Z).
2. The destination number is stored into LODR rule, as an "OUTPULSE".
3. Under the NAME key we would to store the TIE code mentioned into point 1 and the digits, that should be send as a DTMF string after connection to the number mentioned into point 2.
