Definaity sysyem interminatlly displly the first name on our names directory when calling out. Two qustions is ther any other place I should check within the system to ensure our main number is programmed correctly or any other place it could be in programming. The local CO says they have checked all the CO lines. The caller at the other end sees the name "Joe Amyes" verses the main number. Where else could I trouble shoot this? Thank You! We have business lines with local provider and switched L/D with ATT.

Name Displays On L/D Calls Not Main Number

If you've got copper business lines, I have NO idea. If you have ISDN truking to your local provider, I have seen 'internal' name display on other Avaya branded equipment. (For example, I have a small Legend here, but ISDN trunking. When my insurance company calls me, I see the rep's name because they have an Avaya PBX.)

Try changing on your LD trunk group page 2, send name = NO.
