name display on call log

my manager just intercommed me at 9:27AM and 9:29AM. His intercom # is 04. This is what my call log shows:

1x (this call was placed at 9:27AM)

Unknown name
04
1x (this call was placed at 9:29AM)

why didn't his name show up on the second call? thanks in advance.

in load 95 you build names on dn's, you can also build names on dig's, they don't associate without being built on the dig

his name is already built on the dig. I'm the one who set this group up. And I got his name the first time he intercommed me, but not the second time...I'm having a lot of weird things happen this week...

I would experiment and see how often it happens. Does it also happen from dn keys sometimes? Do this to get a feel of the problem. Maybe there are patches you are missing. Are your intercoms set as v or r. if r did you answer both times. Were there any differences.

I didn't answer either time. I set my log to only log unanswered calls. I haven't noticed it happening on any DN keys. The intercoms are voice intercoms.
