I have a NAM 4.1 and all of sudden we cannot enter in using Voicemail Manager. The NAM is online and you can ping it and also it tells me that it has a open session when I try to login F983 but nothing pops up as usually across the top of the screen; even using a laptop directly to the NAM it does the same thing and reboots has not been able to solve this as well. Not sure what to do next but any direction would help at this point as always ?
