NAM VM 2.1 on MICS 7.1 XC software

Am I correct with an upgrade from 4.1 to 7.1 XC the voicemail will not work, they need to upgrade the voicemail as well? My compatibility Matrix say 2.0 Nam VM aplication Module 11 Rel. 2 was only supported on MICS software 1.1 yet it seem to work well on 4.1

Will they have to upgrade the voicemail to CP 150?

A R2.0 NAM will likely need a new hard drive and additional RAM to be upgraded to R4.1. It might be time to replace the NAM with either a CallPilot or a Startalk Flash.
