Nam Question

OK central voice mail on two 6.0 MICSs with PTP PRI T-1. Had problems on voice mail AA sending calls to mail boxes. Found out that I needed to upgrade the Access version to 6.02H on the NAM, Question is I have the disk with the new version on it now how do I install it on the NAM and what will I have to redo (Greetings, Mailboxes, CCR and AA) Any help is apperciated. Thanks

The upgrade is easy.
You will need a parallel port external CDROM drive.
Also known as a backpack.
The CD with the upgrade has a utility to create a 3.5 inch boot floppy.
You power down the nam insert the floppy connect the external CDROM and power up the nam.
About 20 minutes later the upgrade is complete.
You should hear 5 ascending tones when the upgrade is finished.
