I am having trouble inputting a keycode to upgrade a NAM from 4 to 6 ports. I enter the keycode via f983 44 and the display says "Ports: 04 06" when I press accept it says cannot continue and kicks me out.

What version?
Double check that it is not 6 ports already.
F915/port status and count the dots or C's, should be 4 total if you think it's 4.

It is a fiber NAM, and its relatively new. (built in 03).
