I our voicemail will not work. When I reboot the Nam it gives me an error of OS/2 !! SYS02025, OS/2!! SYS02027. It has been about 2 weeks since we had voicemail. Please give us help.

I assume you have a terminal connected (to see OS/2 errors), do you have co-resident ACD on that NAM?

Well we do not use ACD here and not sure what codes are on the card of NAM.

If you have a terminal, do a "chkdsk" at the 'c' prompt. 'Size allocation' errors are ok, 'xxx crosslinked at yyy' indicate corrupted files. Where did you see these 'OS/2' errors? On a terminal?

i cannot get to the c prompt. it wont let me get pass the OS/2 !! SYS02025, OS/2!! SYS02027 problem after i do a reboot using the terminal.

One of two things comes to mind: 1) If ACD resides on that machine (whether presently or in the past and the ACD was not deinstalled), and a dongel is not plugged into the parallel port, the machine may not boot. 2) There is an issue with either OS/2 or a sector on the drive gone bad. This scenario is most likely fatal and requires a new HD with OS/2 and the vm application loaded. You would have to rekey the database from scratch. I'm not sure how or if you can get from where you are at to a command line, but I would talk to an old OS/2 or DOS guy to get to a command line from where you are at, then run 'chkdsk'. If files are corrupted, you may be able to get around that. If the HD is failing, your done.

gforce9, thanks for the reply I will prepare and wait for your next update! thanks again
