Nam App II 4.0 is connected to MICS 6.1

This only happens when calls are made from cordless phones. It never happens with cell phones or desk phones. It's only when callers are using cordless phones.
Problem: Callers get the msg. you have entered an invalid extension or the call will be transferred to the wrong extension.
Again this only happens when callers are using a cordless phone. I've tested this out using three different bands of cordless phones.
I have also disconnected the Nam and tested this problem with a flash 4. With the flash 4 connected to the MICS all cordless phone calls go through correctly.
Under F 915 DTMF signaling is set at 40 it has always been at 40. Has anyone ever run into this issue before?
 
I for got to mention they are using copper lines and it happens on all lines.
 
To properly diagnose the problem you will need a digit grabber to monitor the line(s). The dtmf signal should be 80-100 ms of duration.You should monitor both ends what it sees sending then receiving. The dial pads on some phones will play the dtmf as long as the key is pressed and some will play a predetermined length.

The setting in the voice mail I used once to avoid talk off when a persons voice imitated what the system perceived as a tone by increasing the dtmf length to hear by the system for commands, set it too high and you have more problems too low then side tones come into play.
 
I installed this nam several years ago 3-4 or so. Been so long
I do remember it ending in C. Compatibility cant be the issue
since it just started at the end of this school year. Strange issue.
It use to have Minuet on it. I removed it before i installed it.
I got(Remove Minuet) from nortel at the time. I'll just repalce it with a CP150.
