NAM AA routing with no keypress need to loop back-

I was wondering if anyone was aware of a workaround that enabled you to loop an outside caller back into the AA instead of routing it to an attendant?

Once upon a time, I remember you could tell the system the attendant was an invalid DN and it would automatically route the call back to the AA if it was set to answer that line. This doesn't seem to be working with this system (NAM 4.1).

Anyone got any ideas of a workaround?

Try this - Find your last valid DN (weather on the core of sta mod) and use the next DN. It should be an invald DN

Try feature 982 + pw and chg attendant available to no.

Then make sure that the "return to AA menu" prompt is set to yes in AA admin programming (feature 983).
