I have a customer who cannot connect to the NAM through IP. Claims that it used to work. How do I go about checking the assigned static IP? Nam Lite?

you need IP lite. is is software that you put on a disk, then you boot the nam to it, then yo utake the disk out of the name and put it in your pc to look at the information. you can alter the information on the disk, then boot the name to it again, and it will configure the changes on it. Its a real pain in the a**, causes lots of down time.
