After creating a NAL of printers installed on XP, the printers do not show up after I run the NAL.

NALs and XP

Make sure you have client 4.83 SP2 installed and Zen SP1 as well (Zen 4.0.1.4 I think.) Xp wont do NAL without the SP1 installed. Be aware that once you do this you will lose Remote Managemnent ability. Unless someone here knows of a way to get that to work or Novell puts out yet another patch...
Do you do any "cleanup" of the application object before pushing it out to the workstation? If you can go back to the original aot/axt file after the original snapshot, do they show up then?
It sounds like a registry key was deleted that should not have been. You may want to look into Centralis Axe for automating the "cleanup" of a nal. It automatically will get rid of un-necessary reg keys, files, etc.
