Naimserv.exe - High CPU usage

We have three ePO servers running ePO 3.0 SP2.
All 3 were upgraded prior to it being pulled by McAfee.
One is exhibiting 100% CPU usage for NAIMSERV.EXE.
AVIVIEW is swamped by requests as below...

After this problem was detected we halted to upgrade of the 2.x agent to 3.x.
However these request and the excessive load persist.

Any help with this issue would much appreciated...

Solution - Install ePO Service Pack 2a

How much clients do you have?

You can try to decrease the number of concurrent upgrades, left-click on the ePO-server, in the right pane goto Settings and there you see the download limit.
