NA-MICS 7.0 Message Light_Incoming Call????

NA-MICS 7.0 Analog, CLID Cards, set up so that all calls ring two times then are picked up by a CP100 ver3.0 and distributed to the correct groups in the office facility. Now for the question, How does one get the telephone sets to not flash the message light on an incoming call when all the sets are set to Appr only on all lines on an incoming call?

Again all lines are set on sets to appr only 1-6, so as to see where they come in and on what line as in a square fashion. I could make the lines not appear, yet they want lines on the telephones like that had them in their previous system.

Is this possible to have the light flash when they call is coming to the phone with a call, intercom or stay lit when their is a message and not on incoming call to the system that is direct to be answered by an AA?

the line appr setting flashes for any incoming call ...

why do they need lines if AA is answering the calls?
did you try SWCA?

They do not Park & Page in this Facility, They are use to letting people they have a call on line such and such.

Yet, I have not set up SWCA? How exactly would you set that up? How does that work with a few or all sets?

We do not want Answer DN's to all sets either.....

SWCA is like parking on a button

so when someone answers, they can use the swca code - the call goes to a button, everyphone that has the swca button has the call there

there is a separate user card, and also explained in the installer and system coord guide
